You can go surfing through out the year and get lessons almost anywhere. Plus you might even be able to catch a surfing competition.
Also, Puerto Rico offers a magnificence ocean temperature of 81ºF and underwater visibility averages from 60 to 75 feet near the beach perfect for scuba diving or snorkeling. If you are a beginner, most major hotels and many dive shops offer SCUBA classes and snorkeling instruction

Climate

The climate is like summer all year. It feels great it's not to hot and not to cold. It is close to 83 degrees in the winter and 85 in the summer and it is always beautiful.
